We got tired of watching good projects go sideways.

Ngawakho Projects is a Level 1 B-BBEE project management, property and renewable energy company working across South Africa. We exist because delivery — not planning — is where most projects fail.

Why we started

The same avoidable reasons, over and over.

Every founder in this business has watched a good project go sideways for the same avoidable reasons: nobody owned the budget, nobody flagged the risk early, and the safety file got written the week before the audit instead of the week the project started.

Ngawakho Projects exists because we decided the fix was not more good intentions. It was better project management, applied properly, to work that actually matters: keeping the lights on, keeping buildings standing, and keeping people safe while it happens.

Our name comes from the phrase Amandla Ngawakho. It is an acknowledgement, not a marketing line: we believe the success of this business every project completed and every client served rests on God’s provision.

We do not rely on good people trying hard. We rely on scoped plans, tracked budgets and documented risk the unglamorous project management fundamentals that are the actual difference between projects that finish and projects that stall.

A property without power security is a property losing value in real time. We build energy resilience into property work as standard, not as an upsell.

We started by proving we could deliver single projects, done properly, on budget. We are scaling that same discipline into larger programmes: multi-site energy rollouts and property portfolios where our project management capability becomes the backbone larger corporates and public bodies plug into.
