How quickly will you respond?
We answer enquiries during business hours and aim to come back to you the same working day. If your project is not a fit for us, we will tell you that quickly rather than let it drift.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation and the written quote cost you nothing and carry no obligation.
What should I have ready?
For solar: three months of municipal bills, ideally twelve. For renovation: any plans you have and a sense of your budget range. For compliance: the project scope and your deadline.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within greater Johannesburg — that is our home patch and it is priced into the job. Further afield, we will tell you up front if travel is a line item rather than surprising you with it later.
